1) The guest has access to the booked pitch after 8:00 am on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 12:00 pm on the day of departure. The guest has access to the booked structure by 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

2) Daily rates. Pitches: calculated as per booking from the time of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. Structures: calculated as per booking from the time of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. In both rates, any extension of departure will result in an additional day’s stay being charged.

3) Visits by relatives or friends previously authorized by the Management are permitted only exceptionally for one hour by depositing an identity document. Once this deadline has expired and is valid until midnight, visitors will have to pay the “visitor” fee as per the price list.

4) The person added to the number of places provided in the structures, whatever their age, even if they do not occupy a bed, pays the daily supplement of €10.00/€12.00/€15.00/€20.00 as from price list.

5) The structures are equipped with the necessary crockery for the number of people booked and are not provided with linen.

6) The reservation will be considered valid upon receipt of the 30% deposit to be sent via bank transfer, where you will indicate your name, surname, arrival/departure dates. The balance equal to 70% must be paid before assigning the structure or pitch.

7) In case of late arrival, the facilities will be kept available to the customer for no longer than 2 days from the booked date.

8) In case of early departure or late arrival, the guest must pay the full amount of the booked period.

9) In case of early cancellation of the booking, the Management will refund 50% of the advance amount if the cancellation, to be communicated in writing via email, is received no later than 30 days from the start date of the stay, deducting €30.00 for secretarial expenses. After this deadline, the entire amount paid will be retained. No refund will be due to anyone who does not comply with this rule.

10) For the “2023 SUMMER OFFER” the Vendovacanze srl company is exempted from any liability in case of negligence, delays, cancellations and/or defaults on the part of the shipping companies with which the travel ticket was stipulated. In the event of changes, cancellations or waivers of the trip and/or stay by the user in addition to what is provided for in point 9, the general conditions of the shipping company and/or the regulations of the travel agency issuing the ticket apply.

11) All electrical equipment owned by guests must comply with the relevant EEC regulations in force.

12) Cars and motorbikes must be kept in the car park inside the campsite and not near the pitches or structures. The management is not responsible for damage to cars and motorbikes suffered in the parking lot as only the availability of the occupied area is included in the accommodation rate.

13) Animals are not allowed in the facilities. Pets allowed only in low and medium season and only on the pitch.

14) Please note that some services (e.g. Pizzeria, Evening entertainment) may not be operational during the low season.

15) The map and/or elevations of the structures are purely indicative as they are similar but not the same as the properties rented to customers.

16) At the Campsite sales points, payments must be made using exclusively the CREDITCARD which will be given to customers at the entrance to the facility.

17) The parties expressly agree that for any dispute that may arise with respect to the contractual relationship stipulated in its execution, interpretation, the exclusively competent court will be the Court of Lanusei.
